Roger\u2019s passion is to inspire and enable organisations, teams and leaders to navigate transformation with clarity, engagement and purpose. He has over 20 years of international experience in strategy, organisational development, change management and communication, guiding companies through complex transitions and helping them build future-ready structures and cultures.<\/p>

David Baer first came into contact with agility in 2005 as a software engineer. Since then, the topic has stayed with him and he has accompanied countless organizations.<\/p>
